1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Centerline Aviation INC ("Centerline Flight Training," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Centerline Flight Training provides professional flight instruction and related aviation services, including but not limited to:

  • Discovery flights and introductory aviation experiences
  • Private pilot certificate training
  • Instrument rating instruction
  • Commercial pilot training
  • Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) training
  • Aircraft rental services

3. Student Requirements

To participate in flight training, students must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age for solo flight (14 for gliders/balloons)
  • Hold a valid FAA medical certificate when required
  • Provide valid government-issued identification
  • Complete all required paperwork and documentation
  • Follow all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations
  • Maintain current payment for services rendered

4. Safety and Conduct

Safety is our top priority. Students and clients agree to:

  • Follow all safety instructions and procedures
  • Report any safety concerns immediately
  • Not operate aircraft under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully
  • Comply with all applicable FAA regulations and airspace restrictions

5. Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

Flight training sessions must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid charges. Weather-related cancellations determined by the instructor will not incur charges. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full lesson fee.

6. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks will incur a service fee. Accounts more than 30 days past due may result in suspension of training privileges.

7. Limitation of Liability

Flight training involves inherent risks. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Centerline Flight Training, its instructors, and staff shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in flight training activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and training materials, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Centerline Flight Training and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
